I have SV8500 system that has Direct In Termination to let route of trunks ringing on the specific IP terminal , everything is working fine before but now no ringing in IP terminal when incoming calls are come , the caller hear the ring back tone and I see the trunk lamp on Green in(trunk Card) system but ringing not come to IP terminal .

Is the phone in do not disturb (DND)?

No, DND is disable.

Was it disabled before or after the problem was discovered, because if it was in DND before DND was disabled, then it could still be in DND without the ability to take it out of DND. The other options are Call forward all or that the DID is routed elsewhere in the system!

Thanks for your response. we never use DND Facility & call forwarding option for said IP Terminal phone. But as you said may be DID routing problem. All IP terminal which is connected through Trunk card [SPA-16COTBDB] is not ringing, but call is possible from this IP terminal. Checked to replace this with new card, same problem. please tell me how to check routing problem. i have gone through ASYDL command & check sys-1, index-880, Data-08 displayed & also check ASYD command, Sys-1, Index-65, Data-FF displayed.
please suggest me how to solve this issues. Thanking you in an advance.

Try ACDD/L/N to see if there is any digit translation on the route
