Good Evening,

I am having issues with message alert on an OS7100 with rel5.01sw. Message alert is set, outcall notifications are set, station off-premise block is set. No COS restrictions on the svmi ports. When a message is left, the system does not attempt to send the alert. We have changed and tweaked settings (apparently not the correct one) to no avail. Any advice would be MUCH appreciated.

Thank you so much!
