replace an ip office basic and they wanted an analog phone thought no problem put it on the combo card in the anolog port can call out but when you intercom it goes to voicemail. Looked at the features and did a #01 to take off dnd didnt work. Anything else that could cause it?

When you make a call from 106, do you get stutter dial tone? Plug a phone into all the other ports and make sure that there is no other port set up as 106.

if it shows 106, then the wrong extension is on that port. plug phones into all the ports, and make sure what extension is on every port.

Combo card starts at 100 to 105 and first analog port is 106 and 107 got fax machine on 107
