Customer called after a heavy horizontal rain storm, he left the large overhead door open, no syn. On site the plywood was damp but no visible water in side the cabinet.. Changed the ksu happy customer a very busy auto repair shop. I set the old ksu on my work bench, after a few days i defaulted the system did some programming reset switch 8. After 2 weeks all ports are active and working. I am now telling my self i should have defaulted the system on site rather then change the ksu ? If there was water damage the ksu would have not come back up rtight ? Gary S.

It may have needed time to dry out. I have taken hair dryers to consoles and boards before, but just defaulting on site right away? That may have made things worse.
