I have an IPO 500V2 ver 9.1.4.0. It is equipped with 2 ds8 cards and 2 combo cards. Installed Spectrum SIP trunks. The issue is very high jitter, high packet loss (up to 50%) on the sip trunks.Users state no audio on several calls. When the IPO office is pinged, packet latency is 4-6ms, connect directly to either lan1/2. I believe that this issue is causing the high jitter/packet loss. Does or has anyone else seen this type of latency on the IPO500? Any ideas on correcting the issue?

Spectrum SIP trunks are the problem. You need to work with them to resolve the issue.

I don't think Spectrum SIP is Avaya certified.

Here are the application notes. did you follow them? Since R11 is GA and Avaya supports n -1, you should upgrade to 10.1, which then gets us close for these app notes.

Is Charter coming directly to LAN2?
