Anyone install the new Avaya J-series phones yet?
I was told that the 9608G phones are going to be discontinued in the near future (end of year perhaps) and the J-series is the replacment.
From what I also am told, there are no plans to discontinue the 9500 series digital phones.

Yes, Jseries are pretty easy to install. just let your 46xxsettings.txt autogenerate, and they will work.
The 96x1 4-packs will go end of sale December 10th.
the regular 9x1 sets will go EOS in June, 2019.
The is no plans to EOS the 95xx series
