I have a customer that has a Samsung OfficeServ7100. The technician password to administer the system from the phones is at default, but apparently the password to administer with the Samsung IT admin software has been changed. This unit has an MP10a card on it. I ordered 4 licenses for this system and need to add the license keys to it, but have not found the procedure to do this. We will be adding 4 IP phones to this system. It currently has cards for the phone lines and digital phones installed. These IP Phones will be connected to the system through their LAN network to the LAN port on the system.

Basically, I need help getting the admin software password reset and help on installing the IP licenses. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you.
