Hi All. We have a sip provider who seems to frequently stop accepting our credentials, at this point the PBX sticks a "The credentials are already tried and failed. Returning without retrying the same credentials to avoid loop" line in the logs Eventually the PBX packs up sending the credentials, but when we manualy turn off then on registration they are accepted again. What settings should I use so that the PBX does not stop trying to register?

Is your SIP provider Mitel certified ? This is a common problem with providers not certified by the Hosted provider..
