SVMi 20e Upgrade to SVMi 20i v4.6b Fail Samsung OfficeServ 7400 v4.6b The system will not allow the card to install What am I missing here. Licence code? But should work for at least the first 4 ports without a licence. Software is right? I bought a second one and same issue. 6.01 & 6.03 the old svmi 20e will work fine. I am at my wits end. What version is the lp40 card?
Did you change the card to a 20I (assuming it's in the same slot) in the programming?
What happens when you call the vm group?
Do you have a sio cable to see what the status of the new card is?
