We have Advanced UM set up with a MiCollab VM sending voicemails to a PC running a MAPI Gatway which sends emails with .WAV file voicemail attachments to everyone's Outlook inbox. Works great but messages never make it to our Exchange Journal mailbox so they never get added to our Mimecast email archives.
All other email is sent via Exchange smarthost to Mimecast, copied to Standard journaling and then from there sent to Mimecast archives.
Does anyone know how I can get voicemails to also go to the journaling mailbox?

Mimecast tells me that voicemail emails need to be TO and FROM an internal email address in order to get journaled. I've set the sending domain to an internal domain and set my own email address using that domain under "Users and Services" and "MiCollab Client Service Configuration. " Am getting voicemails in Outlook but they are still being sent to my external domain email address so they are not getting journaled.
Is there some other place I need to set the "TO" domain for voicemail messages to the internal domain?
