Stolen from the Internet:
The default IP addresses are as follows:
LAN 1 - 192.168.42.1 WAN / LAN 2 - 192.168.43.1
Please ensure your computer's IP address is in the same address range (192.168.42.x) as the IP Office system.
If DHCP is enabled on the LAN 1 port then your computer can use DHCP settings to obtain an IP address to automatically connect to the IP Office system via the Manager application

NEVER assign a public IP address to the IP Office If it needs to be accessible for remote phones, or remote administration, use your firewall to NAT traffic from whitelisted IPs only, change all passwords, disable accounts that are not needed, use different ports for SIP, use strong passwords for phone login codes, set security to log and disable for repeated login attempts, etc. https://downloads.avaya.com/css/P8/documents/101028353
