Hi,
Newbie to Panasonic here. is it possible to program a key (using the Web maintenance console) on a KX-NT680 that can pick up incoming group calls?
3 phones ring at front office and back office want a key to pick up calls.

The KX-NT680 is a phone not a system. What type of system is it? How do the lines ring at the 3 phones? It might(??) be relevant as to the type of lines.

*40 always works, but you get the ringing phone from anywhere. In the Call Features manual, it lists the procedure for assigning DSS buttons to Group Monitor in 4.1.8

One touch button with *40 plus user group 01 02 etc
Put extensions into user group so only they get picked up
“I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work.”
