Well, I would tell them to take it all out and reconnect the old service. AT&T UVerse has always been a train wreck. Are they trying to tell you that they never had a business customer with more than two lines????

Update from the March 14th post.

4/22/19 Morning, AT&T replaced the device that channel banks lines 3, 4, and 5 (existing old device would not except firmware upgrade). Loaded new firmware, we enabled caller ID, test calls made, caller ID came up with no drop calls. All is good.

4/22/19 afternoon, customer calls with complaint of 1 way audio on trunks 3, 4 and 5, instructed her to contact AT&T. 1 hour later I get a call from the onsite tech, he tells me nothing wrong with their equipment, their new equipment along with the firmware has been tested in AT&T's lab so they know it works. I calmly explain to him there were no audio issues before you installed the new equipment, the problem is with your equipment fix it, he mumbled I will contact my support with the finale say of I know the problem is not with AT&T.
We did not receive a call back from him.

4/23/19 morning, contacted customer, AT&T found and corrected the issue yesterday late afternoon, everything is working, knock on wood!
