Had customer call yesterday, he could not call international. Had filter 00 no restrict on that dn. Pri on system. routes are fine, public network prefix 011 is 18. I get carrier response to try again, or can not dial number. When i dial international known number do not get restricted on display, its like system or carrier is missing a digit on dialed number. Comcast asked for number i was using and said it worked fine. I asked customer to send tech out with ability to prove that he can dial number from interface on adtran unit but not sure about my request.

Those techs have the "digit grabber" so it proves carrier or PBX.

If it happened out of the blue then most likely the carriers or their adtrans fault.

At what point do you get the recording? sometime before the last digit is dialed or sometime after all digits dialed?

Carrier recording after all digits dialed
Customer just emailed me that problem was solved, engineer from Comcast observed international number as it was dialed from customer site and said problem was on Comcast side. 5 min. later problem was solved.
