The vm is routing the call from 702 like it's an extension calling in.

A work around would be to put an entry in the direct station menu sending 702 to your menu.

Not sure why it's doing this though.

So when you call into the system on line 2 does it act the same way as the other lines until it hits the VM? Like it shows CID and you can answer it as normal? Also what do you have trunk ringing for line 2 going to?

Yes. it hist 500 and rings then fails over to 519 thats when the issue happens, it even shows the correct caller ID. line 2 is supposed to be going to the same place as line 1,3 and 4.

I thought i just went stupid nameless, everything I had says it should be working. I have no idea why it is doing this. ill try that work around but i would like to find out what is wrong.

You mentioned lines 1,3,4 go to the correct menu.But they must be routed by the FWD GRP as you say it is 702 that goes to the default menu.So lines 1,3 and 4 are being directed to a different menu not the day main?

When i go out, ill post the menu block here. there is nothing for 702 in the menu block that is different. That is what has me so confused. Ill see if I can load images.
