Hi there, I am trying to set up the zero out option to multiple sets on my CIX40 voicemail GVPH system. Can I have it ring multiple sets at the same time or only one after the auto attendant picks up ? I have remote access through Stratagy VM Manager only. My E Manager GUI stopped working and I am trying to fix a customers Auto Attendant after they tried to make changes and wiped out the vmail programming. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks pmar97

You will need to setup a Multiple call group within emanager, then set the extension number in mailbox 0 to the MCG pilot. That is really the only way to ring multiple extensions. You will need to get your eManager working or learn how to program using a handset.
