Just curious, who still sells the communication servers? NEC slaughters me in my neck of the woods so we bailed on selling ESI CS. How are you all feeling about their Hosted solution??? What queered me about selling that product was the agreement was not evergreen. I have been following their hosted, and it is cool with huge benefits. I just can't get passed if they have a fart, and I don't sell this solution, I lose all I sold (commissions) All cloud solutions have a fart period, I would hate to be be held powerless and lose all I developed because they have problems. I speak as a dealer for 18 plus years, I have not sold a new ESI for at least 7 years. I think it is sad but I get I now have to pay xxx per quarter so I can get support and order new equipment for existing clients, what do you all feel about that?

Walter, If you REALLY want to feel bad, Google the Yeastar S-series IPPBX. Look familiar? The T-29 phones are pretty....if they get the bad ones out of the pipeline, I'll be happy.
