I have a extension port that is constant off hook. I've reset the switch and it is still off hook. I tried to move/.delete it to a spare port but I can't because its in uses. Any suggestions on how I can move it in programming? Thanks

first I would pull the cross connect to the phone jack to see if the port goes idle. You can view status in the maintenance window. if it goes idle then you can move it in programming. If that doesn't work, pull the card out from the cabinet and then move the extension.
