I have a small IPoffice with about 15 stations.
Whenever there is a power failure or system reload 1 phone gets logged off while the rest are fine.
I looked into the telephony tab of the station and force login is not checked. I compared with other stations but no joy.
I can always manually log back in with no password but it shouldn't be like this.
Could someone please steer me in the right direction?
WHY YES!!!
Of course it just HAD to be the OWNER'S phone!
Just another NSTIW...

Does the user have a password in the Login Code of Telephony > Supervisor Settings?
Is there a base Extension matching the User?
When you check in System Status, extensions view, are the Extension Number and Current User Number matching (when the extension is logged in)?
When it is logged out, does it display the correct extension number with "No User", or a different extension number?

Hello Tommy,
There is no login code and only things checked on that page are "cannot be intruded" and "reset longest idle time on all calls" Ext. ID 30 shows ext.150
I will have to return to the jobsite to perform the logged in/out to watch the status.
