Centurylink calls it Maintenance Protection Plan and charges $5-$7.00 per month per line residential.

I think CCI no longer offers Inside Wire Maintenance (I think VZ was the one who discontinued it, then FP continued that practice). I think they've just gone to billable hourly charges. I could be mistaken.
