Hi there,
I have NEC SV9100 IP extension with Plantronics CS540 headset on EHS cable. I Have an issue when the answer key is pressed there is a long delay on answer then the headset goes off hook again second time.
I have tried the headset and EHS cable on other extension with no issues. I signed the IP extension out and signed in a newly created IP extension in on new number with no issues using the same headset and EHS cable.. I suspect the user activated a feature by mistake. We do not want to change the extension number.
Is the a way that I can see what feature is active causing these headset issues so that I can clear or disable the feature?
Please not the headset worked fine before. I have confirmed the headset key on key 25. Would be grateful for any advise.
kind regards

Well, using key 25 is an SV8100 programming limitation not on the 9100. Hopefully it's on a real key they can press to answer the phone. There is a feature to activate look at 11-11-65.
