Good morning. Anybody having cutoffs on a SV9100 with Inmail with SIP Trunks. SIP carrier is Accessline, software is 9.00.50. Happens sporadically. We changed the mailbox and it is still happening. Any thoughts? Thank you...

Is you SIP carrier using a QOS circuit or is this best effort over existing internet? Have you duplicated it? If you have duplicated it you should be able to do a wireshark capture off the system.
