Any Adtran gurus available to help me setup a couple of 924's one is a Gen 2 other a Gen 3. I'm trying to convert SIP to PRI.

UPDATE
I finally got the 924 provisioned and had it on an external static IP. It was hacked in less than 2 hours. Note to self "Change ADMIN PASSWORD " from default

Do you have an SBC in front of the 924 or are you running the SBC firmware in the 924? I'd be leery of just putting that on the open Internet.
