Hi all,

We've just replaced our EVMC card running v.9 software with a refurbished unit. We re-used our original HD, rebooted and were back in business.

3 weeks later several voicemail boxes are not responding. We cannot send messages to voicemail or open the boxes to check messages.

We're not sure whether we should install a new HD and rebuild our voicemail boxes or request warranty service on the EVMC card. Thanks for any suggestions.

Did the original EVMC have a PAL chip and does the current EVMC have one installed? Without the required PAL chip, functionality and capacity are limited.

I have an EVMC here with 64 unit PAL and 30GB HD, no use for it. If you are interested, let me know.
