I have a 7200s system with 54 mgi channels. It is a completely IP system. I have the paging setup to use the mgi channels instead of multi-casting due to network issues. What would cause one of the IP phones not to receive a page?
The display activates and the page alert tone is heard, but no audio comes over the speaker. The system has smt i6011 phones and 6021 phones. The software version is 4.99.
The number of phones in the page group are around 30, so there is no more phones than there are mgi channels.
Thanks!

The only time I've seen this was on a os7400 with a mix of itp and smt-i31xx snd 52xx, turned out to be a faulty mgi64 card.
When it happens check mmc434 to see if there is an mgi channel in use by the handset not receiving the page.
Do you have all your mgi channels in the group's in mmc615?

I do have all the channels in 615. I will have to look at 432 and see if it is using a channel. I forgot about the hold button being pressed to allow bgm to play.
