We just added five IP phones on an existing NCP-500 system. Calls to and from the new phones work fine, but when we add them to ring group 501, they don't ring when calls arrive to that group. They are all set to immediate ring. Any ideas?

Check and see if the IP extensions are logged out of ring group 501, you can also add the login/out button to the phone.
