Yeah I've been using Ccleaner since it was known as 'Crap Cleaner' but within the past couple years it really seems to be bloated with ads...especially mobile.

What do you use?

I use it all the time with no issues. I've never seen any ads, but I do use Ad Blocker, so maybe that's why.

I use adblocker plus also, but not on my phone...

Yeah CCleaner used to be the utility for cleaning up systems. But after their systems were infected with malware a couple years ago and CCleaner killing known good programs while cleaning, I rarely use it anymore. Honestly if you have a SSD in your system, then using CCleaner isn't really necessary. Just clean out the temp folders and call it good.

It was when it was hacked that I started having hesitations...all the other cleaning stuff I do manually anyway, so...why am I still using it?
