We're in the midst of choosing between the Vodavi XTS-c or NEC Aspire "S" telephone systems (12 phone office). Both dealers are telling me the same thing. The cost seems similar ... but as this is our first real phone system, we're very confused. Your opinions would be appreciated on the quality of these systems. Thank you.

Vodavi and NEC both make good systems. I would suggest you go with the service company you feel more comfortable with. Look at sales & tech attitudes, service rates, check with previous & existing customers, and go visit their tech area. Anymore, most brands are about equal in features and reliability. Make sure you'll be happy with the service after the sale.
