We are replacing a Samsung OS 500 with an LG iPECS eMG80 system (essentially the same as a vertical) I didn't see an LG-Erricson section.

The VMAA of the Samsung would ask questions to the caller, like name address, etc, beep and record then pause the answers until all answers were recorded, but would save the recording to one message. The recording was paused after the VMAA asked each question, resulting in one message without the questions recorded in it.

Is it possible to do this on an iPECS eMG80 or Vertical?

This doctors office is pretty adamant that the replacement function the same as the old Samsung did.

For anyone interested, these is a quite expensive upgrade to the VMAA license (couple of grand) that gives the voicemail this ability.
Just a heads up!!!
