Hi all - I have an iDCS100 system I have been supporting. I recently purchased an MCP1 card (used) as a backup and was trying to configure it. I have the .ipl file for the system and use OfficeServ Manager to upload/download both using SIO and Ethernet.
The new card however has a Tech Passcode other than the standard code and I am unable to access via OSM. The seller does not have the code for the MCP1.
Can someone PM me the procedure for resetting the tech code to the default? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I know this is a bit late. If it is a MCP1 that you don't need the programming on then there is a little switch on the card. Turn it to the up position for OFF and reboot the system. This will cause it to default. Then turn it back down when you are programming your stuff. Otherwise you will wipe again.

Thank you -- a factory reset for the programming was fine so this did the trick. I have a database for the system that I uploaded using OSM to restore the MCP. Thanks again.
