I have a customer with a Magix system. Only 1 call comes into the reception phone. A second call rings 3 times then hits the auto attendant. But the second incoming call will not ring the reception phone. I have a Magix here that I will use to get up to speed. I have WinSPM on a old laptop but I am not sure what I should be adjusting.

Key or PBX/Hybrid mode? Is Reception configured as an Operator position? DLC or QCC?
In general, in PBX mode, the Operator is a DLC (Direct Line Console) and has line appearances for each line. Are Line 1 and Line 2 assigned to the phone? Both set to Immediate Ring? Abbreviated Ring turned on or off? Can you pull reports from the customer's system?

Haven't been to this place in long long time so I don't have a record. Most likely DLC.
Going there in a few days. Got my test Magix running with WinSPM. Go into Quick access, telephone programming, feature settings and make sure ringing is set to immediate for outside lines for the operator's extension? Am I on the right track?
