hello got called out on a service call on sts system. they complain the volume is to low on the auto attendant menu. i dont remember there being any way to raise it. any ideas other than telling to speak louder when recording. thanks, dave.

Yes have them speak louder and make sure they are recording it locally and not from calling in.
