Task Manager didn't show the CPU drawing much activity...then I started thinking...what is the fastest way to bring down a network (besides a Sawzall)?

Ended up being I had my school laptop set to auto upload to the cloud. So every so often it would hog the bandwidth brings everything to a screeching halt.

17.6 Mbps now I turn it off.

I thought that centurylink was slow, it is amazing what these companies are getting away with.
