I took over a internet company and they did some samsung. I have a customer want to change the time for night service to come on. and a voicemail box plays greeting then says thank you hangs up. can someone help me with these problems?
also it only picks up on one line

You have a model number of the system? Also you will need access to the tech level programming do you have the passcode?
