Anyone else have the problem where their CID isn't being stored after a few days? It shows up on the phone, but it doesn't get logged into the log. I have a 7100 at the office with 5.01 and it's happened on 4.99 also. This issue is driving me nuts as I've wiped the SD card and have completely defaulted and reprogrammed the system from scratch.
Any input is appreciated. Thanks!

And you have assigned memory to the call display? Happening on one phone or all?

Yes, I have the phones call block all set for 50 on each extension. This is happening on all phones.

Do you have review blocks set of the extensions as well?

Yes. As I mentioned, it works fine for a day or two, then all of a sudden it just stops saving the numbers in the CID list. It still shows them on incoming calls like normal. When you go and look at them in the review list or log, they are not saved.
