Hi All, I've had two customers in the past week with this issue. Both occasions I was able to do a reboot and all was OK. Both systems are using analog trunk cards and 16DLI cards. Any thoughts? Thanks.

I know SLI ports require DTMF receivers (provided by RCM(2) Daughter cards fitted onto the MCP/MP20 or built into SLI3 cards) to be available to break dial tone. Not sure about TRK ports though.

I've had this happen a few times over the past 6 months or so. The only common element was that the provider was a cable company through a Digital Phone Teminal.
