Just completed 1st ACO install. Small customer, 8 phones, old Merlin Legend.
Free phones, app on cell phone, and app on laptop.
Total monthly cost less the the cost they are paying now for dial tone. None of that is surprising.

Here's what is VERY surprising. How easily this was implemented.
3 days, app on phone and laptop. Phones will be delivered when office opens.

This is a Ring Central product. I work with Ring Central, there is no way they would have had this done in less then 2 weeks, and probably longer.

Can AVAYA be getting this done correctly at last???????

Interesting. Have heard rumors that the experience with RC was not always a positive one.

When you get pricing from RC, the customer becomes there. There sales person calls them within hours and your out of the picture.
They will have there people follow up and even do the install.
All we get is SPIFF's and MRR.
