Hello. Have an Ip office 500 V2 R8. I am dialing out over BRI card connected to Mediatrix gateway. When I make a call each digit I dial seems to be jublicated so for example: 0749121211 becomes 007744991122....etc. this is only happening with the ip office and not any other system connected to the gateway. Any ideas?? Cheers

Is this a new install? Has it ever worked? Has anything changed?

Not a new install. I believe it is related to the gateway and DTMF transcript or something. For every digit it sends out it sends another the same. Other systems I have connected to the gateway there is no problem with just the avaya up office

You can pull a call trace, but IP Office is only going to receive the digits pushed to it. You will not be able to open a Service Request as R8 hasnt been supported in nearly 8 or 9 years.

Wasn't there a patch for that in the R 8, I think that happened once in a while.

The same issue is happening in an earlier Rls as well so not unique to R8. It seems to be when I dial numbers on the line starting with certain digits such as 0, 7, 8, or 9. oddly the rest are fine. Is it something either relating to the shortcodes or the actual BRI gateway. what ever is going wrong each digit of the number is being repeated together so a 7 for example becomes 77
