So one of our customers reported that one tenant in a building wasn't getting VMs, I couldn't make it work the way it was already programmed, so now their DID hits group 503, rings phones, then dumps vmails into mbx 503. and the three phones in that suite have a mbx 503 key. It works, but between the ring and the mbx a system greeting says, "this user is unavailable, press 1 to leave a message", if I press 1, then it plays mbx 503's recorded message and takes the vm....

How do I get rid of that system message in the middle?
