*34 is the code to play MOH through the phone.
Hands Free Answer Intercom is programmed from the phone itself. If is in the Features menu, under Call Settings, scroll from there to "Internal Auto-Ans" and set to ON.
Internal calls will open up the speakerphone (WITH THE MIC ACTIVE), similar to a Partner system's HFAI and calling with * and extension number.
On the User tab, under Telephony > Supervisor Settings there is also a check box for "Deny Auto Intercom Calls" | | |
