On IPO essential is *64 turn the music on the phone #64 to turn off? To have hands free answer back a program that the person can change on there phone. Couldn't find it in programing

There are no default short codes that start with *6 (which is why I use *601 through *699 to do my custom things)

*34 is the code to play MOH through the phone.

Hands Free Answer Intercom is programmed from the phone itself. If is in the Features menu, under Call Settings, scroll from there to "Internal Auto-Ans" and set to ON.

Internal calls will open up the speakerphone (WITH THE MIC ACTIVE), similar to a Partner system's HFAI and calling with * and extension number.

On the User tab, under Telephony > Supervisor Settings there is also a check box for "Deny Auto Intercom Calls"
