I have a KX-NS500 system which i used for my office, we had all analogue and digital extensions before now.
We are planning to change all to IP extensions because we are moving to a bigger office.

My boss wants all IP phones with video capabilities, she also want to be able to make video conference calls via the system.

Can i make a video conference with at least 8 persons on the KX-NS500 system?

The Ns500 doesn’t support video through the system
You could use third party sip device and use other services for video calling

Some polycom or yealink phones will support sip on the system and video calling on other platform
