| Joined: Jan 2009 Posts: 800 Member | OP Member Joined: Jan 2009 Posts: 800 | Just recently tried upgrading a customer's IPO to R11.0.44 to fix a bug that had popped up. They were on 11.0.1. I got connected with Manager and started the upgrade, but it wouldn't accept my password. I tried every password I could think of, and no go. I accessed the Security settings on the IPO and made sure that the System password was set properly. The upgrade still would not go. Rebooted the system, still no go.
Finally, I simply powered down and did a format and re-created the SD card to get this system upgraded.
Talking with my support guy about this, he said that this upgrade issue has been seen in R11 Manager. First I've heard of it. Anyone else experience anything similar? | | |
