Hi. I have extensive knowleadge on STS and have even done a bunch of PRI's with them. However I installed one today 1152020 and it works outbound great including outbound caller id / i control not teleco. However inbound I can not get to follow. 4 digit from teleco and I changed to 4 digit DID. I did flash 44 and press flex btn 2 and enter 4 digit DID and press hold it shows me Rte 103 0000001939 so I know 1939 is route 103. I do flash 43 and press flex btn 20 and enter 103 hold it shows me Rte 103-103 103A so I press flex btn 1 and do 1030 hold and it shows none. I then do 100 1, hold 101 1 hold, 102 1 hold. Press flex btn 17 and it shows 100d 101d 102d I call and it only rings 100 and never rolls to voicemail. I made sure preset fwd is 440 for day, night, special and preset fwd timer is 21. I have adjust timer but it wont work. Inbound shows 1939 in display? Any thoughts?

PRI's on the STS was not a strong suit for me, but I will ask two possibly stupid questions anyway. 1- Was the system in day mode? 2- Did you try 100 7, 101 7, 102 7, just to see if it would ring always? I wouldn't have thrown this in, but no one else responded.

****** Nevermind, I mis-read your question. You are looking for the full inbound caller id. Is it possible that the carrier isn't sending all of the info?*******
