I am having a problem with session manager opening a .axx file. I have uninstalled, deleted folders, cleaned out my registry to get rid of anything Inter-Tel, and then did a complete re-install, and the program won't open the file.
I know the file is good because it opens on other computers.
When I am on local and click on new session and change selection and select start, I select the file and it looks like everything is going to do what it is supposed to. Then I get the error "Unable to create the requested namespace; are you sure you installed it?"
Any ideas? Thanks,

I had something like this happen once. It was because the filename location string was too long.
Move the .AXX file to your desktop and try it there.

You got the '.dll' blues.
Uninstall DB Programming. Find 'crpe32.dll'. It should be in Windows\System32 Change the crpe32.dll name to crpe32_old.dll Disable all firewall and anti-virus apps Reinstall DB programming.
