I am getting more and more requests for staff's IC calls to go to VM after so many rings. The template that was created didn't have that ability so now I am sitting with over 400 phones that need to possibly have this changed. Is there a way to do a batch modification on the setting of the forwarding path?

Use copy/paste.

Change the forward path on one station to include IC calls. Right click and select copy.

Hightlight a group of stations, right click and select paste. Check "Clear All" to deselect all options, then click on Forward Path, so that it's the only option to be copied.

Don't copy to all 400 stations at once! You could actually stall call processing if the system is busy. I would do less than 50 at a time.

The field to copy is System Forwarding, not Forward Path. I look at these things every day, but don’t pay attention. :scratch:
