I'm having a bear of a time getting MPS/RTG working properly. Sometimes i have no audio at all until I disable MPS and most recently, I had conversational audio but there was no ringing.
Most of the time, I just disable the MPS, but that seems pretty hamfisted. I'd like to take advantage of the features if they are available.

Do you have all of the correct 40000 and 45000 ports forwarded to the OAS cards? | | | | Joined: Aug 2011 Posts: 257 Member | OP Member Joined: Aug 2011 Posts: 257 | This particular system is a 7200s, onboard channels only. Digital on site, soft phones for remote users connecting via public internet. Their IT tells me that they've got the forwarding done. Communicator can register and works fine if I turn off MPS so that points to the forwarding being set correctly.
I've run into this on a bunch of sites though .
