Good Evening All,

I currently have a NS 700 with 4 CO lines but I’ve ran into a bit of a config issue.

1) Please remind me how to have a specific CO line ring to a single extension outside of using ICD 601 with all extensions in that group.

2) If after 5 rings to a specific extension via a CO Line the call would kick back to the main 101 extension.

And yes after installing many Panasonic units and not doing them every day you do forget the simple things.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

Option 1

Dil table put the extension in for the line you want it to call and intercept extension to 101

Option 2

Dil table, line to a new group with the two extensions in it and delay ring 101 in the group
