I have axxess 9.1 I used to have Online Monitor Mode but a few weeks ago it seemed to be gone. It's greyed out like I do not have access.
How can I verify my settings? We only have the one account to login our consulants have the other account.
No one else including the consultants should have connected to this system on many months.

If it was a permissions issue, you shouldn't even see the option on the menu.
Is it possible you're looking at a local session?
