Is it possible to program more than one number to an extension? Axxess 10 system.

Assuming you mean an internal extension number, no. However, there is a work around.

Create a new hunt group; make your extension a member of that hunt group. Have the hunt group recall to an application that times out to the voice mail box (remember to change the HG recall timer). The hunt group pilot number becomes your second “extension” number.

You could also create Phantom Devices that are forwarded to a single extension.
